The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa, Rancho Mirage

I recently stayed at this resort for a family getaway, and while there were some highlights like spacious rooms and fun activities for the kids, the overall experience was marred by cleanliness issues and a few underwhelming services. The staff at the restaurant was attentive, and my interaction with the front desk staff was pleasant, but several areas of the hotel, like the pool, could use a lot more attention in terms of cleanliness.

I had a fantastic weekend at this resort! The grounds are beautifully maintained, and I really enjoyed the variety of activities available. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special, but there were some hiccups with the food options, particularly at the pool, which were quite limited. Overall, I felt it was good value for the experience, although the dining could use some improvement.
